The NX Purge System is designed to purge the air from your nitrous lines to allow immediate activation of your Nitrous system. This System includes a Lightning solenoid, push button for activation, and a vent tube to direct the purged nitrous out of the solenoid. Also included is a 4AN manifold to run inline with your nitrous feedline. This allows you to purge the nitrous system, even when you do not have a purge port built into your solenoids. The Purge system can also be used to lower the bottle pressure for spot on nitrous performance every time you activate the system.

The NX Lightning 500 bottle valve flows great, weighs less, and looks amazing. The new and improved Lightning 500 bottle valve features a huge 5/8 siphon tube, a 500 thousandths high lift stem assembly, and a 45-degree outlet for the ultimate in flow and horsepower production. The Lightning 500 valve includes dual gauge ports and weighs 1/2 pound less than our old style chrome-plated brass valve. The Lightning 500 comes standard in many NX nitrous systems and is also available separately as an upgrade for your existing bottle.
The lightning 500 bottle valve includes a 4AN bottle nipple, other bottle nipple sizes may be purchased separately.

New design that will operate any brand nitrous bottle
Nitrous Express has spent countless hours on the flow bench, eliminating these turbulence points in its systems to minimize the boiling of the nitrous charge. NX has designed its own bottle valve, which differs in many ways from the standard or even custom valves offered by the other companies. The flow path of the NX “Lightning” bottle valve has only one turn, a 45-degree angle to the discharge point. This eliminates the harsh 90-degree turn present in most bottle valves. One company that boasts of its “Super High Flow Valve” has designed one 45-degree turn and one 127-degree turn inside the body of the valve. This severely restricts the flow and causes a turbulence point that sends a diluted flow of nitrous downstream to the nitrous solenoid. Finally, the style of bottle nipple used by NX allows the nitrous to transition from the valve to the supply hose with no internal steps or restrictions. These things may seem small or insignificant to the layperson, but on the dyno, NX systems make more horsepower per pound of nitrous than anyone.
Nitrous Express Lightning 500 bottle valves feature a .500″ orifice and a direct flow path that eliminates those power-robbing gaseous bubbles. The result is more horsepower! The Lightning 500 will outflow any competitor’s valve on the market today and is recommended for all nitrous systems up to 2000 nitrous horsepower. The 500 has a .625″ siphon tube, only one 45-degree turn in the nitrous flow path, and fittings that will allow the use of up to a 10AN supply line with no restrictions. The 500 is engineered to eliminate all obstructions, sharp edges, or tight turns that will disrupt the smooth laminar flow of nitrous. This design minimizes boiling and gaseous nitrous in the flow path to the solenoid resulting in a nitrous system that produces more clean horsepower and is easier to tune on any car! The Lightning 500 is CNC machined from billet aluminum and is approximately ½ pound lighter than a comparable brass valve, it has dual gauge ports and interchangeable nipples that will allow the use of 4AN, 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN supply lines.
Valves include a 4AN nipple. Other bottle nipple sizes need to be purchased separately.

The Maximizer 6 progressive nitrous controller operates up to four separate stages of nitrous based on either time, RPM, MPH, throttle percentage or boost pressure. Whether your engine is naturally aspirated or forced induction, gasoline or diesel, the Maximizer 6 is the first choice.
Safety Features
The Max 6 monitors throttle percentage, engine rpms, nitrous PSI, boost or pan vacuum as well as 3 other user defined sensors to ensure that your engine is in the correct state to accept nitrous. If the Max 6 detects any condition that is outside the safe range, the Max 6 will shut down or pull back nitrous flow to protect your engine from any damage.

The NX Maximizer EZ Progressive Nitrous Controller is easy to install and easy to tune making it easy to go fast.
The Max EZ was designed to replace the relay in your NX nitrous system so installation time is less than 30 seconds! Simply unplug your existing NX relay and plug the proprietary Max EZ male plug into your NX relay harness (if your nitrous system does not have a standard NX relay harness, use the included NX relay harness to complete the installation).
The Max EZ pulses your nitrous and fuel solenoids to smoothly ramp in your nitrous power resulting in increased traction and less strain on your vehicles drivetrain. The progression ramp automatically starts at 20% and ends at 100% when you push the accelerator pedal to W.O.T. (Wide Open Throttle). Ramp time is adjustable from 0 to 4.5 seconds via a simple turn screw. We recommend selecting the lowest ramp time possible without introducing tire spin. If tire spin is noticed, simply increase the ramp time to slow down the ramp to full power.
The Max EZ is capable of powering nitrous and fuel solenoids with a total amp draw up to 40 amps maximum making it the perfect choice for most plate and single nozzle nitrous systems. Consult your nitrous system manufacturer for your solenoids amp draw.

During the installation, please confirm that the power switch is in the “OFF/O” position.
The battery release button must be at the top, align the contact point of the battery against the corresponding contact point on the battery slot, slide the battery in, and gently press until the battery is locked in place.
When removing the battery from Rhino Pull™ portable winch, confirm the power switch is in the “OFF/O” position.
Press down the battery release button and remove the battery.
